Featured Architect

Ty Nunn, Architect- 'Florida Haus' / Town Architect for Sea Side, Florida
As a designer, Sea Side FL has been on my radar for a long time.
This planned community is a result of an elightened approach by the property owner to create a community largely in the vernacular style of early 20th century Florida architecture. WIth careful design oversight, a few modern designs were allowed as well but always considering the deisgn as a whole.
Along with a terrific town plan of houses, vacation rentals and some limited supporting commercial like a beautiful general store, Sea Side thrived.
It immediately got the positive attention of the architecture world. Integrety and delight were the guidng principals for all of the designing efforts.
Lucid Lighting was proud to be providing lights for houses there starting about 25 years ago.
Ty Nunn, the current Town Architect in a long line since Sea Side's inception, continues to guide good design in this planned community and also includes us by sometimes using Lucid Lighting for his clients there.
Ty is an exceptional architect and a person who is a  pleasure to work with. ~Rob Wallace /designer owner, Lucid Lighting

"The lights look wonderful! And the bulbs you choose for them are great. Thank you!" [photo below]
I appreciate your working with us on these lights. We really did need something custom for the space. I did try one or two other people who had stock lights that were similar; they either couldn't really customize, or they were outrageously expensive if they were willing to, and not nearly as easy to work with. You were super to work with, and the end product is gorgeous, at a price that made it doable.

space and the verdi finish and brass rods aligned with the natural feeling we wanted. (photo below)

Several Months ago we had a problem with the fixture thinking it was simply a burned out bulb. We tried changing the Halogen bulb
but that did not solve the problem. So I dug up our old invoice and contacted Robert Wallace. He suspected that it was a failure of the older halogen fixture <socket> and asked me to send him the light for repair (UPS $19) and he would replace it - no charge to us. A couple of weeks later our Temple Urn was shipped back to us, it works just like new! We were so happy and pleased with the great customer service and to have our "piece of art" back. Thank you so much!
